Seeing Buyers Address

Can someone let me know how to find the buyers address? 

I am selling on behalf of my Mum who lives 50 miles away so I've taken photos and added the listings under my account (the last time I was home) but my Mum has the items at her house. Usually what I done is rang her with the address and then she posts the item.

However today I have sold something for her but when I rang her to give the address I can see it. I've had to email the buyer and ask for their address which isn't ideal since I have 30 things listed for my Mum. It says I can see the address on the postage label when I print it but that would mean I would have to print the postage label, send it to my Mum who would then use it to post the item. My Mum is elderly and doesn't have a printer so she can't do this herself.

How can I see the address without having to go through all this?

I don't use ebay postage on the listing and the buyer's address is always on the payment notification email.   If you're not getting that go as if to print a label and you should see the address before submitting.  Just come out of the page afterwards.

Once a buyer pays, their selected delivery address is shown on the order details.

Is it really not showing there?

Did you perhaps receive an eBay message to say ......   Your item has sold,  but the buyer has not paid yet?

Then,  you need to wait for the next message from eBay to say ... Your Buyer has Paid, and then eBay provide the name and address on the delivery order details for you to send the item to that address and no other.

You do not send before payment has been received and confirmed.

Hi I realised I pickef eBay's seller options - it seems to be a new thing that defaults to when selecting postage options. I've since revised and update the rest of my items so should be an issue again. Thanks for responding.
