I have just got to the bottom of this charge and it was actually a genuine purchase that has not been delivered or appeared yet in purchase history - all good.

Even if it hasn't been delivered,  it should still be in your Purchase History.

If it isn't,  it looks like you made the purchase as a ' Guest Purchase' , nothing will show in your eBay account,  as it wasn't used to buy the item.
