In the chat, I was asked to provide an attachment relating to this issue. There was no option to do this on my phone or Chrome book. I then decided to e-mail customer services and I can't attach there either, no option. This is ridiculous!

If you have a picture, copy and paste, works well as so many pictures are not acceptable.
If a picture, use 3 dots in right top corner to copy.
