Hi, I have sold an item which I released was much larger than the postage option paid for by the customer. I have sold to them before so I knew their address so I paid the extra and sent it to them. EBay obviously don’t know I have sent it so are asking to action now. I have contacted the purchaser to explain but don’t know how to correct it with eBay. I would very much appreciate some help folks.

To add the new tracking number go to the More Actions dropdown menu or via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That needs to be done on a desktop browser.
