I sent a package to a customer using the Royal Mail 48hr TRACKED, It is down on the website as delivered, which is fine ... except it was delivered to an address in Derbyshire... NOT London where the customer lives... Now my customer is claiming non delivery ( which of course is true )... anyone encountered this before ?

Have you cross referenced the address given to you by eBay against tracking etc.on the Royal Mail website?
you need to talk to rm and ask why they have delivered to the wrong address.

Correct postcode on my Post Office receipt, and correct address on package... How the hell can you deliver a package to Derbyshire... When the address is London ! I'm going to ask the RM this question, but I'm not holding my breath ...

Make an almighty fuss with RM [by letter - they are good with them] Royal Mail Customer Service Freepost Plymouth. If your buyer makes sufficient noise with eBay he may get a refund without you having to repay as you have tracking showing delivery.
