Help

I sold an electrical item which i'm sure was working.  I only noticed the negative feedback a week later with the buyer saying the item was faulty.   I told them to return it for a full refund.  A few days later the buyer said they had taken the item apart and had to buy replacement parts for it.

What do i do now.

Thank you

What does the buyer want to do?   If they do want to send it back then I would agree to that.   Or maybe you can negotiate a partial refund and they keep it.

You can then ask them to remove the neg f/b by sending them a revision request.   There's a link to do that on here:

Help

Hi. I just have to take there word for it that they had to buy a part for it. I dont think they did. The item sold for £58 and they said the part was £30.  I dont think they should be opening up electrical items then telling me its faulty.  I think they should have just returned it.   They have now tampered with it.
