I bought a white miffy backpack a couple weeks back, the item was cancelled a couple days later and I made no big deal, recieved an email saying I would get a refund in 3-5 working days on the first of December. It's now been 8 working days and I haven't received a refund and when I check "my purchases" or even click "see more details" on the email promising a refund it just says that I never bought anything. I'm very confused and quite upset because I spent £30 and will need that money for Christmas time. The help-chat bot really isn't helping
