I havent received any money in my ebay balance or in my bank account when on ebay it has said that the order and payments have been completed?

As an infrequent seller money would be held possibly for 14 days. When freed it is up to you to withdraw to bank account, otherwise ebay sends all money not withdrawn on a quarterly basis.
