I have received a message from Ebay to say I am in credit and if I do not take action before December 9th 2025, the credit balance will no longer show on your account.
I have been on My ebay and it shows the balance with a negative suggesting that I am owed money, my addresses are all correct and I have a card registered to my account.
I am unable to do anything to claim or use the amount? Any help gratefully received.
I would really appreciate a step by step guide on how to get this refund because I got list going over endless links and no-good manuals. Also there's no contact information for ebay, just an automated chatbot that doesn't help at all.
