Returning an item

I received an item that is not as described as it isn’t the correct size or shape to fit the vehicle is was advertised to fit. I started a return and selected “doesn’t fit” option but it wants me to pay the return postage. I now can’t go back to change the return reason to something more appropriate as it just takes me straight to the postage page when I try to restart the return process. Anyone have any ideas?

"Doesn't fit" is classed as change of mind.   You needed "item not as described".    You will have to try to contact someone at customer services and ask them to change the reason.    eBay have made that harder now but keep trying.  

Click on the help link at the top of any page.  Select a topic then scroll down to Contact Us.  Get to automated assistant and put in the question box Can I speak to an agent?  Keep repeating until they pass you to a real person.
