Hi everyone, I need some advice.
A seller agreed to give me a  partial refund on an item, but it has been several days and the refund still hasn’t been issued. I replied politely and accepted the offer, but there has been no action from the seller since.

What is the best thing to do in this situation?

If you're still within 30 days and have received an item that's not as described I'd open an eBay return and get a full refund.

Can you provide a little more information here?

Ebay don't get involved with part refunds.

If you opened an ebay case,seller can make a part refund offer  through it, if you accept it, refund is immediate.

The seller agreed to give me a partial refund, but he hasn’t issued it yet.

I told him that i agreed with the amount but 4 days gone and he never
replied again.
