Battery

Hi

so I recently bought something that was advertised as genuine, nothing suggested it wasn’t in the ad but it is clearly a cheap Chinese or similar copy that’s got all the features, brand names the lot printed on it. I’ve been offered a refund if I return it but tbh I’d rather not get the refund and get rid of this kind of deceitful seller!
what should I do?

You have 30 days from delivery date to open an official  'Item not as described' case below --- follow the instructions carefully and escalate to eBay on day 4 for their assistance in obtaining a full refund --- no need to further contact the seller --- case options here >
