Please someone help explain this to me!
I sold something today after accepting the buyers offer. They reached out to me very shortly after that they want to cancel the order. I haven’t even generated the shipping label at this point so their money was in my pending balance. I accepted their cancellation request and eBay refunded them from my available balance that I got from selling other items. It seems like eBay just made me pay out of my own pocket because eBay haven’t payed me for this sale as it’s still pending…what is going to happen now? Will eBay give me the pending payment eventually? Or have I just been robbed?
