"Item not arrived. Seller tells me it been delivered. Nothing to collect at store. Nothing delivered to me or my neighbours. No card through the door. Tracking details provided by ebay for evri says they are still expecting it. Queried with seller again, they says its been delivered. But then they send proof of it being delivered somewhere miles away and by a different courier. They say they have proof of it being delivered to a resident, when it was a collect from store item. When i queried this again seller has changed all postage/courier/tracking details. So order is now suddenly showing as 2 shipments Very annoyed. Still without item. Out of pocket.
Opened a 'item not received' case with ebay, naturally ebay they then put the question to the seller. And 'hey presto' the seller can provide a sort of proof of 'delivery' BUT ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE ABLE TO CHANGE THE COURIER DETAILS FOR THE ITEM WHEN I ASKED THEM WHERE IT WAS!!!!
