Biding on item

Hi!I'm just like bidding for item,but can't, because seller not posted to UK!following you can upgrade delivery to Europe, I'm trying delivery to Europe, but system not upgrade to delivery to Europe, and still can't bidding on item!so question why upgrade doesn't work, if you like change delivery address, to make bidding on item?thanks regards Ramunas.

Only the seller can change their listing and post to UK, but unless they quote appropriate postage, then you would not be able to buy and pay.

Also seller would need to add UK, if they clicked post to EU, then we are not in the EU.
