Hi everyone,
Can anyone point me in the right direction with an issue I’m having with missing images on my listings?
The problem seems to happen randomly when the listing is set up using variations. I have two variations — Model and Design — and when customers select a particular design, the product image sometimes disappears instead of updating correctly (see attached screenshot).
Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing it? Could it be because the images are .png
