shipping label

hey, a customer has bought one of my items and i’ve opened the shipping label and closed it not knowing that after i close it i can’t open it again and i haven’t shipped the item. what do i do.

You should be able to open it again.    Find the item on your orders list, click on the dropdown menu arrow on the right of it and you should get a link to "Get another label".

yes i have solved the issue thank you very much, very helpful.

but i’ve got another issue where i’ve been charged an ad fee when i haven’t selected for it to be promoted by an ad or whatever

You will have clicked on 'promote this item' when you listed.  It is a positive action, not a default setting.
