12 month warranty not being upheld

I purchased a brand new  ebike with a 12 month warranty. The bike was faulty and a new one was sent out. This one has now stopped working. Tried to message the seller as its under warranty and i think he has blocked me. Cant message him. Ive been emailing the manufacturer of the bike  and getting no replies. No phone number for DYU. What can i do next.

12 month warranty not being upheld

You cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt.  If they are not,  a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  to return the item for a full refund.  A refund is always the best option as any replacement sent,  will not be covered by the MBG.

You could try your payment provider for help with a refund,  most offer a 120 day protection timeframe.

If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this,  then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps,  if you wish to take this further.
