Seller won't send refund

HI, there was a VW Campervan for sale. I contacted the seller to buy it. He asked for a £250 deposit. 

I paid the deposit, the seller did not take the listing down.

I had to pull out of the purchase, informed the seller, however he will not refund me the depsoit amount. 

How can I get my despot back?

Ebay don't get involved with deposits and, generally, any member asking for advice would be told not to pay a deposit.

This is between you and the seller.

if you believe it is worth it, then you should consider using Money Claim Online or taking legal advice.

There is nothing you can do through Ebay.
