Wiper blades

Good afternoon I purchase a pair of wiper blades 2 weeks ago for my car and they have sent me the wrong ones I have been in touch with the seller he ask me to take photos of my wiper blades which I have done at first I did not know how to send the photos to him but my wife showed me how to do it I have requested if I can have a refund and also a returns label to send back to him I know I will have to pay the postage which is not a issue

If it was their mistake you shouldn't have to pay the return postage.    If you haven't done so already start a return on here:

select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

You do not need to send any photos in a message to the seller,  and you do not need to pay for return postage if a wrong item is sent.

 

You do need to read , familiarise yourself with,  eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy,  written on every listing which explains how to receive a full refund in these cases.

 

Just proceed this way now...

 

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.
 
Just proceed this way:
 

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

 

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

 

If the case asks for a photo truly anything will do you can even copy a photo from the original listing.  Bots check these automated cases not ' humans' ! 

 

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.
