A few weeks ago one of my sales was impacted by the issue with simple delivery. Buyer tried to open a case, but after a few days of tracking saying the item would be returned to me, I refunded the buyer as nothing was updating and I didnt want the customer messed around. The item was never returned to me and reported as damaged by Evri. I believe ebay should refund me as it was caused by their technical issue, but I dont seem to be able to get anyway of doing this.
