Hi, not sure how to deal with this situation. So the buyer paid for the item then cancelled straight away. All the costs returned to the buyer but I had to link my bank card and pay for the shipping lable still to complete the cancellation. I don't understand why I had to do that even if the reason of cancelling is not my fault as a seller.
Would really appreacite if someone can help to reaolve this.
