as of today, for some reason the "send an offer" function on my listing isn't working

Hiya

I have some eligible listed items for sale which have offers to be send to interested watchers. I go in to send an offer and the send offer button and other areas are greyed out.  so, I cannot send out any offers at present.

I tried to report this to the ebay chat, but there is no way to (the chat bot options are very rigid and there is no way to report an ebay website glitch. 

Any ideas?

It's a known issue eBay are aware,  and are working on this.  You are not alone.

kat@ebay  our eBay Community Manager is helping with this too, and she can hopefully add your accounts to the ticket for eBay tech team to view, and advise on any updates for a fix,   or length of delay.

The weekly eBay Chat with Community Managers has not started yet,  but will do soon at 2 p.m.
