Turn Off Simple Delivery Option

I am trying to arrange postage for a larger item, but it's Simple Delivery  that is the only option  and it is not suitable for me. Also  the size constraints  are not large enough for the box I wish to list.

What can I do, I just want to use a Royal Mail  collection,  but there's no option  for that.
