I’m having a problem being paid from eBay I purchase label Royal Mail £1.55 it comes up net proceeds total £5 £3.45 for item then postage but when I get paid the net proceeds not in my bank it like eBay is pocketing the money ? Steve

If eBay was pocketing their member's money it would be headlines on the 6 o' clock news!

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
