Dispute with seller

I bought an item which developed an issue, I contacted the seller who agreed to replace the faulty parts,
After 2 months of waiting, the seller is now refusing to replace the parts and have stated that I will need to pay for the parts.
I believe they have given me the runaround in order for the 90 days window to close.

Any ideas how to get help with this and also how to leave feedback warning to other buyers.

You can't do anything through Ebay.

They give you 30 days to start a return for a faulty item but after that it is between you and the seller.

As you realise, it is too late to leave or change feedback.

If you bought from a UK business seller and the item was advertised with a warranty, Citizens Advice may be able to suggest 'next steps'.
