I had an order this morning and I have noticed that I got a prepaid label. After I checked a few of my listings I've seen that all of them have simple delivery. The problem is that ebay substracted for a 3 pounds label over 5 pounds from my sale and is not even the right one. I can't see any option to refund the label at the moment, so my question is if anyone knows how to refund it?

You have to apply for a refund it can take over 14 days.

However, the solution to using your own postage and not having to use Simple Delivery is in your hands as business sellers (sellers with multiples of brand new items) don't have to use Simple Delivery.
