no printer, parcel force locations, other options

Hello,

I bought an item, its faulty, return excepted. they have sent a label for me to print for parcel force, apparently post office will accept the return as well. but i have to print the label. does anyone know if the item could be collected if its royal mail dealing with it? or if parcel force could collect? i have no printer and no intention of buying one. in the past i have used photos on my phone, evri pin numbers, collections and drop offs to royal mail who print a label but this is parcel force. there is a tracking number, could royal mail use that to print a label.

A Community manager recently suggested those without printers can use another device say a camera or an iPad to take a photo of the return label in the return case to take this to the Post Office with said item, and they can print the label off for you.

Not tried this before , so hopefully this will work for you.
