Open a return citing "Does not match description" and seller will send a tracked return label and refund on return.
Ebay won't do anything even if you do speak to them, you could report them to Trading Standards if they are a UK vbusiness. You would have to go through Citizens Advice.

Please don't buy vitamin pills or tablets 'to cure your diabetes' (if it's Type 2, diet and lifestyle changes can help) from dodgy online companies.
If you want the convenience of shopping from home, reputable UK pharmacies, Holland & Barrett etc. are much safer places to shop from.
I half expect my reply to be removed as it is not answering your initial question, but posts like yours genuinely worry me.
All the best!

A quick 'google' shows that nitric oxide is usually a gas that occurs and is produced in the body.
You can buy nitric oxide tablets to take as a supplement.
Why do you think it is poisonous?
What was the item number of the tablets you bought?

Your reply just reinforces what I said before ...
Please don't buy vitamin pills or tablets ... from dodgy online companies.
