Help with selling an item

I have put an item up for sale. It shows on my profile and on my phone but no one else seems to be able to find it. When they click on my profile it's not there and when they search the item it doesn't show up. How do I change this.

It's not showing here under your "View listings" link.    It can take a while for newly listed items to show up.   Don't revise it, that can send to the back of the queue again.

Thank you I have just spoken to Ebay they said its going active tomorrow night due to high volumes of items being put up. Thanks for the reply though.
