Hi,
I created a seller account, someone purchased an item, but I couldn't recieve the payment as the account was in the wrong currency (it was in Canadian $ as opposed to £). Then I set up a different account, but eBay have now cancelled both accounts and changed my password. The phone number I have on these accounts is an old phone number I no longer use and cannot access and cannot change this.
I tried to contact customer service via the online agent and the contact number they provided and cannot speak to an agent to help.
Please help and advise on how I can get into the seller account, delete the seller account in the incorrect currency, then set up another seller account in the correct currency. Or, advise on what I can do to resolve this issue.
