I sold somthing legit but the buyer is makeing ot look like ot was broken

Item was sent in its good condition and originally condition and came  sent in original boxes (ring carma)  and where also placed into a delivery bag. There now seems to be marks and scruffs all over then ring camra (somthing i would have never sent to avoid issues like these) The item was deliverd on 3rd May, and has only requested a refund for it yesterday 14th may. That's at least 10 days of using it where somthing could have happend I can assure you no damages where on the camera and it was in perfect condition aswell as well as the chime door bell. What should I do. As ebay have automatically giving refund

You need to accept the return and provide a label.

Refund when you get the item back.

If you don't deal with this, Ebay will refund the buyer and tell them not to return the item.

I can see grubby marks on the boxes in the original listing so maybe the item was not as pristine as you thought.
