Buyer advised that the item had arrived damaged and provided two images. I refunded the item. I wish to ask RM for a refund of postage and for compensation. I have gone back to my messages from the buyer but the images of the damaged items no longer appear to be there. I wanted to use these images for my RM claim. Just wanted to know if ebay archive or delete these images once the case is closed ie buyer refunded. I wish I had downloaded the images as soon as they were sent by the buyer. Is there anyway of retrieving the images? Thanks in advance.
Where are you looking? If you click on your messages (on a desktop) you should be able to scroll down to any photos that were sent. So find the message in question, click on it and scroll down the quite narrow opening to find the photos.
