There is no method for a buyer to mark as received. You can only leave feedback.
If this was originally listed as a postage item, and the seller brought the item round, you would not have received the all important 6 digit QR code showing collection.
In this case the seller will need to wait 14 days for their payout, there is nothing you can do to speed up the payment process.
