Trying to purchase item on eBay UK from USA

I am trying to purchase the following item on eBay UK:  167517947940.  The item had been listed previously on the site without shipping to USA.  I have been in contact with the seller and he had started a complete new listing with International shipping.  The item does not show up under that number and does not show up under the other items the seller is currently selling.  I'm sure the seller is legit and that is not a concern.  ANY IDEAS???

The item is listed but the seller does not have any international shipping showing.
