Hello dear!
Yesterday I went to collect the parcel from Parcelforce depot. Parcel been damaged, fully opened, some parts were missing, some not matching description. I refused to collect it. Parcelforce sent it back to seller using same tracking number. Today seller received back the parcel.
On eBay tracking says I tem been delivered, and ask me to send back the parcel using different label and tracking number. But original tracking number XB8677415 on Parcelforce shows what parcel been damaged and been returned back to seller today at 12:21.
eBay automated system not showing correct tracking information.
How to rise up this case and get my money back???
eBay asking me to send parcel back till 30 May. But I never got the parcel and been delivered already back to seller today by original tracking number which is above.
In my case eBay automated system not letting me to escalate, and ask me to send item back using new label and only after will be delivered using new label - will give me back my money.
What shall I do in this case?
