Why can't I find a recent purchase on my account?  Money out of my bank account,   but no goods or record of.

Looks like you may have made this as a ' Guest Purchase' your eBay account would not be used.

This will show you how to get your order details, and how if you need to at a later date,  make any claim for a refund.
