advertising products as UK stock that are coming from China !

Why is ebay allowing this ?

Advertising as UK stock, asked for the uk address, they didn't give it, broken english in ebay message replies.
Today got a text from royal mail to say the delivery is due from YANWAN on Friday.

YANWAN = Yanwen Logistics is a leading Chinese 3PL (third-party logistics) company that specializes in cross-border e-commerce, particularly for small parcels and packages

Ordered on 7th May not due to till 16th May....

And just to ad to this, the seller lied in ebay messages after i said, it this coming from UK or China, and they said UK.

If the item location is a UK address even from a Chinese seller,  this is above board as many Chinese sellers use a forwarding company here in the UK for a faster dispatch,  so the quicker delivery time should be honoured.

If the above is shown,  but the delivery time is then much longer and item arriving direct from China not UK,  this is country misrepresentation and can be reported to eBay.  There's a report button on the right hand side of every listing.
