Amazon tablet will not let me bid

Hi. I have an Amazon tablet which will not allow me to download the eBay app. EBay seems to have updated and it will not let.me increase a bid, visit an item, place a bid etc. It keeps telling me to "switch to mobile app."  It has done this several times in the last few months. HELP!

As an alternative you can use ebay on the browser on your phone.

The eBay app is not compatible with Amazon Fire tablets,they use a customised version of Android,you would have to use a browser instead.
