buyers outside of UK unable to place bids

Hi,

I have had no bids at all from outside of the UK on my recent items, which I thought was unusual, then a customer from Germany contacted me to say they were unable to place a bid.

It seems like only UK customers can now bid on my listings, even though they are available worldwide.

Has anyone else had this issue, and is there a solution please?

I have tried asking e-bay and haven't got any were.

The only thing I have done differently recently is include the global shipping program, so not sure if this is blocking customers?

I'm in Eire and your listing gives postage @ £15.43 Global, but when I go into the listing it states I must contact you.

Thanks for your reply.

This does look like an issue with the global shipping program, as before I used to calculate the postage myself and include it on the listing, now e-bay seem to do that themselves in the background and add it to my listing.
