Suspicious offers for item I'm selling

I've just posted a camera to sell at £1400, and I've had two offers for the very precise sums of £1189.49 and £1174.82, purportedly from different people. Obviously I'm not going to accept either, but two offers of such exact amounts feels very suspicious. What's going on here, is there some kind of AI bot that generates these kinds of offers?

If they're in another country it'll be the exchange rate.   You can put their ID on your blocked bidder list:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/BuyerBlock

Also tighten buyer preferences on here:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

Tick "Update block settings for active listings" and then save.

And if you wish you can block specific countries/areas of the world here:

Probably the buyer fee being deducted from the buyers offer leaving an irregular amount seen by you.

4% of the item price up to £300, and 2% of any portion of the item price from £300 to £4,000 + variable fee up to 75p(currently appears to be 72p)
