I had a buyer that bought a used computer. I took photos of it working before I sent it. It arrived, the buyer acknowledged that it was working and then it stop working after he had upgraded the RAM and hard drive. Ebay allowed the return and now he has sent it missing the charger. It is not in the state that I sent it out. What are my options now for filing an abuse of the ebay return system?

If an item is returned not in the state it was sent out in, you do have a case for appeal.
I won't admit it's easy, as eBay do not see the item in question, but this explains the process:

You can report themto ebay here:

You will be able to appeal the outcome of their case and reporting them first will help with that. Good luck.
