Hi everyone x I just need advice please as I am unsure which way to go. I make ephemera, such as cards, tags, envelopes, junk journal pages and other hand made thing that all relate to crafters. I hold commercial licences for everything that I make and the licences allow me to do whatever I want with them. My question is, because of the nature of my goods that I hand make and because I have purchased these from a commercial site do I need to open up a business shop or can I sell as I have already have done in my free ordinary listings? I hope this makes sense lol but any advice will be appreciated. Thank you xx

In order to comply with consumer law and ebay policies, you need an ebay business account. You only need a shop if the number of listings makes that better for you financially.
Shops and business accounts are not the same thing.
