Hi I am looking to convert my eBay private account to a business account too, and wonder if you managed to do it and how it's working out for you now? I am finding this extremely hard and frustrating. I really want to make this change but can't seem to be able to do it. I have tried several times I googled it to find how to do this but have tried and because my phone app seems to be different Galaxy A12 phone I think it's incompatible with the app, and not getting any joy from my Chromebook either? I thought I changed it to a business account but have ended up with a private shop which is £19.99 per month which I didn't know existed and what I didn't want 😭. I just wanted it to be a business seller shop account for £19.99. I found it hard getting to speak to an eBay agent ended getting automated person like a robot. So I tried again it took me another hour trying to get hold of a real person. He then explained to me that I made a mistake and opened up this shop as a private seller. I explained to him my differculties with both the phone app and the Chromebook. He said he would send me information how how to buy it's all the same procedures as I have already tried and it's still not working and feeling so miserable and frustrated. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this situation please please please
