I recently purchased an underwear item from a seller. Fully understanding the conditions of what wasn't ok to return, I raised a completely valid issue with the product quality as the elastic had gone after 2 wears. The selling advised me to open a return, which I did, then they closed the return and have stopped communicating with me. Ebay then tells me I cannot do anything because the return is closed, so i'm left with a fault product and no buyer protection.
