I was buying a lot of stuff last year and at 1 point there was an issue with me getting mixed up between 2 accounts.
Not good with phones and at 1 point in the past my girlfriend probably set up another 1 when I couldn’t get it to work..
There was nothing untoward about it and I spoke to eBay and it was resolved…
Haven’t used eBay for while and now can only get into an account with no purchasing history and can’t find the my original 1 ..
Been asking for call but keep being told they can’t get through to me ..
Any help appreciated as honestly terrible with all the phone malarkey

If you wish to contact eBay Customer Services it is a Call Back system, best to contact them very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 9 a.m. on weekends,  and better still 8 a.m. on weekdays,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

They have full access to all accounts,  and may just ask some security questions to determine you are the holder of the account you cannot find.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
