Buyers address requires more postage to be paid. How can I get that after the auction has ended?

Buyer has purchased item but the postage rate is higher as its Ireland but they now need to pay £2 extra in postage so I can post the parcel. They have agreed the extra postage cost, but I can't work out how to invouce them? Help please. 🙂

There is no way to invoice, can only be paid by paypal, bank transfer or cheque.

Best to select Royal Mail as their costs are the same for all parts of the UK.

It is not just N. Ireland that costs more with Couriers, other remoter parts, also cost more and buyers are not obliged to pay more than quoted on the listing.
