counterfeit item,vero,trademark violation and so on the seller is not being removed even by owener

seller is selling counterfeit items i have reported him multipel times but ebay is not taking any responsibility can i know why this is being un fail i am a microsoft partner reseller develper her is the link to prove it

He is not being favoured, but eBay cannot work on reports from members but from cases that buyers open.

Reports could be coming from disgruntled buyers even competitors,  but multiple cases opened for the same reason, would raise red flags to eBay,  then eBay act with sanctions even bans.

You are not allowed to name and shame members here,   later today when the moderators are around the seller's name will be removed.

eBay does not act on reports of counterfeits from ordinary users. Quote: "Only intellectual property rights owners can report eBay listings that infringe on their copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights".

eBay suggests that "Members who are not the rights owner can still help by getting in touch with the owner and encouraging them to contact us". As a Microsoft partner you should be well placed to report these concerns to MS.
