Firstly, how can all the Simple Delivery postage rates change overnight, and secondly, in what world is it not confusing that the Express option is cheaper than a Standard option...?
This is weird enough for sellers - especially as most of the 'cheaper' rates are now more expensive than those of Royal Mail - so how are buyers supposed to "buy with confidence" when nothing makes sense?
