I have returned an item to the seller as instructed and paid international fee etc which I have proof of… I get a message to say that he had to pay €30 and so I’ve to take it up with DHL when I never originally sent it with them, I track the parcel and it says the seller refused to accept shipment and again I’ve to take it up with DHL, seller is now stopped responding when I asked for proof of the extra €30 they paid , any advice on how to get this issue resolved ?
